Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
- If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received.
- Product received in a damaged condition.
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be retained.
- An unboxing video and clear photos may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Size issues after purchase.
- Change of mind.
- Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund process typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
Rejected Refunds
Refund requests may be rejected if:
- The product shows signs of use or washing.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
- The return request is raised after the allowed period.
- The product does not meet return eligibility conditions.
Exchange Policy
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
- Refund, at our discretion.
Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by Unlabeled Sens.
- In all other cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
