Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
  • If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Product received in a damaged condition.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be retained.
  • An unboxing video and clear photos may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind.
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved Refunds

  • The refund process typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

Rejected Refunds

  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • The return request is raised after the allowed period.

Exchange Policy

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
  • Refund, at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by Unlabeled Sens.
  • In all other cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
